Azure Integration Engineer
YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
Connect the dots in cutting-edge Azure-driven projects and help our company to seamlessly integrate applications, data, and processes to enhance a scalable omnichannel business model in the Swiss Retail Industry. In this position you will take the following challenges:
• analyze, design, develop and test integration solutions with Azure Integration Services (Logic App, APIM, Azure-Service Bus)
• monitor the productive environment of existing integrations and act independently in case of operational incidents
• plan and deploy new APIs within the APIM services
• utilize your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage the technical relationship with internal teams
• review in-depth business requirements and develop technical solution proposals, functional requirements, and technical documentation relating to Microsoft Azure Solutions
• contribute to concepts of CI / CD, SOA & Microservices
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
• a degree in computer science with several years of professional experience as an integration engineer, system engineer or in software development
• several years of experience in designing and implementing modern cloud integrations using Logic Apps, Azure API Management and Azure-Service Bus
• several years of coding experience utilizing C# and .Net Frameworks
• good experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps or RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc) is a big plus
• solid knowledge of IT operations, agile methodology and software development lifecycles
• a resilient person who keeps a cool head in stressful situations
• you have a distinctive willingness to advance in new technologies
• a high level of readiness and flexibility regarding working time, such as work on weekends and on-call duty
• any experience in development or maintenance in BizTalk is a big plus
