Senior Application Manager eCommerce
YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
• You are responsible for monitoring the ongoing operation of the application, including informing users in the event of errors
• You will actively advise users on how to use applications (manor.ch, Amplience, Algolia, Weblate, SAP Commerce, Fiche technique, CRM)
• You will be responsible for analyzing of application errors
• You provide support in the area of specification, testing and rollout for the implementation of application releases
• You are responsible for the execution of data clean up and data maintenance
You support the maintenance and further development of interfaces between applications
• You will act as a bridge between our IT support and application developers
• You will be responsible for documentation
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
• You have a degree in (business) informatics, economics or comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in application management in the e-commerce sector as well as knowledge in the areas of system technology, software support and application operation
• You are characterised by a high level of initiative and flexibility and have a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• You have a structured, goal-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• You have fluent language skills in English. German and French are a plus
• You are available to be on call (every 4 to 6 weeks)
• You have a business-minded approach to time, costs and deadlines
