Graphic Designer (m/f)

We’re expanding our Content Team in Zagreb! Join us and play a key role in creating engaging, high-quality content for one of Switzerland’s leading retailers – Manor AG.
As a Graphic Designer (m/f), you will be responsible for the design and visual execution of marketing and communication activities, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent and audience-focused layouts, campaign materials and visual assets across relevant channels.
💡 What you’ll do:
- Develop and design print and digital media, including digital visuals for social media, app, website and online campaigns
- Create production-ready artwork for posters, catalogues, packaging and other advertising materials
- Adapt and develop creative concepts across different channels and formats, contributing to the development of templates and visual standards
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and deliver projects on time and in line with quality standards
- Use AI tools to support image creation, visual exploration and concept development
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication or a comparable qualification; further education in Project Management or Brand Management is a plus
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, layout and visual communication, with experience in cross-media campaigns
- Understanding of brand guidelines and brand-consistent visual communication
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Trello and Jira
- Basic knowledge of web design and UX/UI
- Knowledge of image editing, animation and illustration is a plus
- Fluency in English; German, French or Italian is a plus
