We’re building a Digital Content team in Zagreb! Join us and play a key role in supporting customers and delivering exceptional service for one of Switzerland’s leading retailers – Manor AG.
As a Senior Digital Content Editor (m/f), you will manage and maintain digital content, ensuring high-quality standards, flawless campaign execution and a seamless customer experience.
💡 What you’ll do:
- Verify all content for accuracy, brand consistency and guideline compliance while monitoring milestones to meet launch deadlines
- Ensure that the digital assets, timelines and deliverables align with campaign goals
- Refine the briefing-to-live workflow and drive continuous improvement of content operations through standardized guidelines and quality assurance
- Manage content workflows, documentation and resources, including coordination with external content partners
- Manage daily and weekly task distribution for Content Editors, balancing workloads and adjusting priorities
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, Communication, or a related field
- Experience in content management; e-commerce experience is a plus
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English; German, French or Italian is a plus
