ERP Application Manager – EDI focused (m/f)

💡 What you’ll do:
- Oversee application operations and ensure smooth functionality.
- Analyze and resolve application-related incidents and errors.
- Support users with application handling and process execution.
- Participate in creating change requests (issues, CRs) in coordination with the development team.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing for bug fixes, change requests, and application releases.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Solid knowledge of business operations, particularly in retail, ERP and logistics processes.
- Experience in defining EDI guidelines and ability to interpret predefined message structures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and structured working methodology.
- Independent and responsible approach to work.
- Fluent in German and English.
