Recruiter_Seasonal (m/f)

We’re building a Human Resources team in Zagreb! Join us and play an important role in driving HR initiatives and supporting our employees for one of Switzerland’s leading retailers – Manor AG.
As a Seasonal Recruiter/ Christmas Recruiter (m/f) (on a fixed-term, 4-month contract from September through December), you will support recruitment process, assist hiring managers and senior recruiters, handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and help ensure a positive candidate experience.
💡 What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to job offer and hiring
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process
- Source, screen and assess candidates, including conducting initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and ensure excellent candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in HR systems
- Develop talent pipelines and support recruitment through active sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote Manor as an employer of choice
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition
- Native or fluent proficiency in German or French is required; fluency in English; Italian is an advantage
- Excellent skills in talent sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong quality awareness and adherence to company policies and regulations
