Allocator (m/f)

Join us and play a key role in ensuring the right products reach the right stores at the right time for one of Switzerland’s leading retailers – Manor AG.
As an Allocator (m/f), you will manage stock distribution and inventory flow processes across our store network, working closely with Planning, Buying, Stores and Distribution Centre teams to optimize product availability, maximize sell-through and maintain optimal inventory levels throughout the season.
💡 What you’ll do:
- Execute initial allocations and replenishment activities to ensure products are distributed according to store potential, stock levels and sales performance.
- Analyze product and store performance to identify opportunities to improve product availability, optimize inventory levels, reduce stock imbalances and maximize sell-through.
- Support seasonal launches and promotional activities through effective inventory planning and stock deployment.
- Execute stock transfers and inventory rebalancing actions to address overstock and understock situations while ensuring optimal product availability across stores.
- Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Stores and Supply Chain teams to continuously improve inventory distribution and stock management processes.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with ERP or merchandising systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is considered an advantage
- Retail experience is preferred; experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, or a similar area is considered a strong plus
- Fluent in English; German and/or French language skills are an advantage
