YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION

  • the recording of articles (entry of items) and orders according to instructions from the purchasing/procurement department and for the follow-up processing of stores’ inquiries
  • ensuring the operation, maintenance and further development of the application in accordance with operational requirements

Administrative core tasks:

  • Ensuring the monitoring of ongoing application operations
  • Entry and maintenance of system data according to purchasing/procurement department instructions
  • Creation and management of article master data including preparation of upload lists (batch upload)
  • Recording or correction of orders for the flow of goods, including Transit, Replacement, Direct & Stock orders
  • Adjustment/correction of orders based on order confirmations from suppliers
  • Updates and enhancements of existing articles according to purchasing/procurement department instructions via the “Update Task” function
  • Generation of label orders to facilitate item labeling and tracking
  • Serving as an internal contact person to the purchasing/procurement department and planning teams
  • Performing stock transfers between warehouse locations in compliance with guidelines, consulting with the planning team when needed
  • Assisting the planning team with the administrative tasks involved in managing stock transfers between locations
  • Entering initial parameters for articles as specified by the purchasing/procurement department and maintaining article coverage records
  • Advising and supporting users in the areas of application and process handling

    YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
    • Structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
    • Proficiency in German (B1 level or higher), with knowledge of French and English as a plus.
    • Education/Training: Completed secondary education in the commercial field (e.g., economics, business administration) or an equivalent qualification
    • Commercial expertise (purchasing/sales)
    • IT Skills: Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and software, with a strong understanding of digital environments.
