ERP Application Manager – EDI Specialist

60% Office / 40% Remote, Croatia

YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensuring the operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the application in accordance with operational requirements.
Current area of focus: Master data, pricing, and orders integrated through IT processes, specifically in the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) domain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the ongoing application operations and ensuring system stability.
- Informing application users about disruptions, system messages, and planned downtimes.
- Analyzing and resolving application-related incidents and errors.
- Advising and supporting users in application handling and process execution.
- Preparing or assisting in the creation of change requests (issues, CRs) in coordination with the development team.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing testing for bug fixes, change requests, and application releases.
- Creating, updating, maintaining, and managing documentation such as operating manuals.
- Ensuring that users have the necessary knowledge to effectively operate the system.
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
- Expertise in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), particularly in the retail sector.
- Familiar with key EDI message types for data exchange between a customer and their supplier, such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Experience in defining EDI guidelines and can interpret predefined message structures.
- Solid knowledge of business operations, particularly in retail, ERP, and logistics processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and structured working methodology.
- Independent and responsible approach to work.
