YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
As an ERP Store Operations Application Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing operation and optimization of our ERP systems. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing ERP applications to enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing strategic insights and improvements for system performance.
- Supporting and developing store-related processes and applications.
- Ensuring smooth operation of store systems and applications.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize store functionalities.
- Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and well-maintained for processes, procedures, and application updates.
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in ERP application management, particularly in retail.
- Strong knowledge of different omnichannel retail processes (offline and online).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for finance and operations.
- Knowledge of Agile working and Scrum methods.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Structured, goal-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of initiative and flexibility.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
