Indirect Procurement Specialist (m/f)
60% Office / 40% Remote, Croatia
We’re looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist (m/f) to join our Finance team in Zagreb! In this role, you will support procurement operations, ensure product availability and contribute to efficient, cost-effective purchasing processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
💡 What you’ll do:
- Manage purchase orders and maintain supplier and item data in ERP systems
- Monitor demand, inventory levels and product availability while supporting inventory optimization initiatives
- Analyze supplier offers and support sourcing activities, tenders and negotiations
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement processes and agreements
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient procurement operations
- Prepare reports and track key procurement and inventory KPIs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Good understanding of procurement processes and data analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in German, French is an advantage
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
