IT Finance Application Manager
YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
• You are responsible for:
o monitoring the current ERP processes with a focus on finance processes
o informing application users about faults, application messages and planned or unplanned interruptions
• You are in direct contact with internal IT, external IT partners and business end users
• You work within:
o Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations and Finance
o Azure DevOps
o Microsoft Teams
o Ticketing Tool
• You advise and support users in their application area and process handling
• You create issues, bugs and change requests
• You are in charge of the documentation (technical, user manual, …) .
• You ensure the planning, coordination and execution of testing according to the application releases
• You improve automated testing and automate processes
• You ensure the user’s know-how
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field or High School Diploma with specialization in IT
• You are familiar with accounting matters (General ledger posting, monthly closing or invoice process,…)
• Seamless working experience in IT positions for the last 5 years
• You already have some experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for finance and operations
• You are comfortable working based on Agile methodology.
• You are familiar with one programming language ex. SQL, writing processes are not unknown for you
• You have experience in the retail industry
• You are motivated and open. You are keen to learn
• You are reliable and able of working independently
• You are a team player
• You can deal with problems and challenges. You show empathy and diplomacy.
• You like taking responsibility and contribute to achieve company’s goals
• Language needed is German (B2) or English (B2)
