IT Finance Application Manager
YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitoring the current ERP processes with a focus on finance processes
• Informing application users about faults, application messages and planned or unplanned interruptions
• You are in direct contact with internal IT, external IT partners and business end users
• You work mainly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams and a Ticketing Tool
• You advise and support users in their application area and process handling
• You manage issues, bugs and change requests
• You are in charge of documentation
• You ensure the planning, coordination and execution of testing according to the application releases
• You improve automated testing and initiate further automation of processes
• You provide support to enhance the end users know-how
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
• Seamless working experience in IT positions for the last 5 years
• You are familiar with one programming language ex. SQL. Designing processes is no big deal for you
• You already have some experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Affinity
• You are comfortable working based on Agile Methodology
• You have experience in retail industry
• You are motivated and open

• Language needed is German (B2) or English (B2)
