IT Store Operation Application Manager

60% Office / 40% Remote, Croatia


• Monitoring the current ERP processes with a focus on omnichannel processes
• Informing application users about faults, application messages and planned or unplanned interruptions
• You are in direct contact with internal IT, external IT partners and business end users
• You work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations and Finance, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams and with a Ticketing Tool
• Advise and support users in the areas of application and process handling
• You manage issues, bugs and change requests including a possible solution for the attention of the application developers (business analysts)
• Create, update, maintain and manage documentation such as the operations manual.
• Ensuring the planning, coordination and execution of tests for bugs, change requests and application releases
• You enhance the know-how of end users


You are motivated and open and willing to learn new things every day• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field or High School Diploma with specialisitation in IT
• Seamless working experience in IT positions for the last 5 years
• You are familiar with one programming language ex. SQL, writing processes are not unknown for you
• You already have some experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for finance and operations
• You are familiar with different omnichannel processes (offline and online) from the retail industry
• Agile working and Scrum method are not unknown to you
• You already have experience in the retail industry
• You are motivated and open and willing to learn new things every day
• You like to take responsibility and contribute to achieving company goals
• You are reliable and capable of working independently
• You are a teamplayer
• You are able to deal with problems and challenges and keep a clear head
• You are used to work with MS Office products
• Language needed is German (B2) or English (B2), French is a plus
