Merchandising Operator (m/f)
60% Office / 40% Remote, Croatia
We are expanding our Merchandising team in Zagreb! Join us and play a key role in supporting product and order data management for one of Switzerland’s leading retailers.
💡 What you’ll do:
- Maintain and update article and order data in our systems according to purchasing team (EKB) guidelines
- Manage article master data and coordinate upload lists (batch uploads)
- Enter and correct orders related to transit, returns, direct deliveries, and stock
- Align orders with supplier confirmations and perform adjustments to article data
- Coordinate label orders and support internal teams with product and planning-related queries
- Execute and document stock transfers between distribution centers and stores
- Assist planning teams with the administrative handling of merchandise flow
- Ensure proper article coverage and data quality
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of purchasing or sales operations
- Confident user of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Quick to learn new technologies and digital tools
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Independent, reliable and a team player
- Fluency in German or French is mandatory
