Merchandising Operator


YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
• Input and maintenance of system data according to EKB instructions.
• Creation and management of article master data.
• Preparation of upload lists (batch upload).
• Recording or correction of orders for the goods flows: transit, rep, direct & stock.
• Adjustment/correction of orders according to supplier order confirmation.
• Adjustments and enrichment of existing articles according to EKB information via “Update Task”.
• Creation of label orders.
• Serve as an Internal contact person especially for EKBs and planning teams.
• Execute transfers to distribution centers (in compliance with guidelines and if necessary, in consultation with Planning).
• Support the planning team in the “administrative” execution of transfers between stores.
• Enter initial parameters according to the information from the EKB (planner or Assistant PM).
• Article coverage maintenance.
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
• Entry-level work experience.
• Solid understanding of retail processes (purchasing, sales, or logistics) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Open to learning new tools and systems.
• Fluent in German, minimum B1 in English.
• Team-oriented and proactive approach to daily tasks.
