Senior Application Manager eCommerce
60% Office / 40% Remote, Croatia
YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
- You are responsible for monitoring the ongoing operation of the application, including informing users in the event of errors.
- You will actively advise users on how to use applications (manor.ch, Amplience, Algolia, Weblate, SAP Commerce, Fiche technique, CRM).
- You will be responsible for analyzing of application errors
- You provide support in the area of specification, testing and rollout for the implementation of application releases.
- You are responsible for the execution of data clean up and data maintenance.
- You support the maintenance and further development of interfaces between applications
- You will act as a bridge between our IT support and application developers.
- You will be responsible for documentation.
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
- You have a degree in (business) informatics, economics or comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in application management in the e-commerce sector as well as knowledge in the areas of system technology, software support and application operation.
- You are characterised by a high level of initiative and flexibility and have a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
- You have a structured, goal-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
- You have fluent language skills in English. German and French are a plus.
- You are available to be on call (every 4 to 6 weeks).
