Senior Software Business Intelligence Developer

YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
• You are actively involved in building a new data platform on the cloud in an agile context
• You support the migration of the current data warehouse and the business intelligence solution to the cloud
• You are responsible for the analysis of operative systems and for the creation of solution designs in the data environment
• You coordinate the implementation of data pipelines with different cloud technologies
• You will work on projects to adapt and further develop our data warehouse systems
• You are responsible for modeling and developing reporting (CMore / XL Cubed, Power BI)

YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
• You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable degree
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of business intelligence or in a similar function, ideally in retail
• You have in-depth knowledge of databases (SQL), DWH, ETL/ELT
• As an advantage, you gathered some experience in dealing with cloud technologies, Jupiter Notebook and Python
• You have practical knowledge of handling file formats (including Parquet)
• You have a precise, structured way of working as well as thinking analytically
• You are a team player and excellent communicator
• You are fluent in speech and writing in German and/or English
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of business intelligence or in a similar function, ideally in retail
