System Controller
YOUR TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitoring of critical infrastructure
• Plan, monitor and control of regular interface- and batch-processing
• Initial fault-analysis in case of errors
• Escalation to and coordination with 2nd / 3rd level for fault analysis and correction
• Correction and re-initiation of failed interfaces and batch-jobs
• Documentation of problems and their solutions
• Documentation of system states
YOUR PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS
• You speak English (at least B1 – fluent), German (at least B1 – fluent) or French (at least B1 – fluent)
• A degree / education in a technical profession, ideally computer science
• Several years of work experience in a technical / IT field
• Affinity for technical processes and high attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools
• Readiness to work with a high degree of technical responsibility for our companies most critical processes
• Experience in Monitoring solutions and production control is a big plus (e.g Dollar Universe, Dynamics 365 F&O)
• You are resilient and can keep a cool head in stressful situations
• Flexibility to regarding working time, such as (planned) work on weekends and on-call duty
